OUR NEW SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS

In 2024, we partnered with over 89 brands globally to support their transition toward more sustainable practices, whether by adopting refillable systems, integrating recycled content, reducing raw material usage, or implementing lightweight packaging solutions.

Our new Helium for Oil & Vinegar collection features bottles made with up to 75% recycled UVAG glass, reducing production emissions. Its lightweight design cuts transportation impact, complemented by ClimatePartner-certified carbon offsets for a low-impact lifecycle.

In beauty, we focused on refillable systems, highlighted by Heko Refill, a sleek fragrance bottle designed for 25+ refills in 15, 30, and 50 ml formats, combining luxury with sustainability.

We collaborated with our customer SaVoam, a renowned Dutch brand of luxurious hand soaps, to design a refillable glass bottle for premium handwashing. Additionally, we partnered with Royal Talens, a trusted name in professional-grade art materials, to redesign their packaging, reducing material usage and creating a lighter version.

Together, we are redefining what’s possible-pushing boundaries, challenging norms, and setting new standards for the industry.

We’re investing in a workplace where everyone can thrive. Over 1,200 employees have completed training on inclusion, unconscious bias, harassment prevention, and gender equality. Our Sales Activation Plan trained EMEA sales teams to guide customers toward more sustainable packaging choices.

Health & Safety is a priority: 97% of our warehouse staff took part in our annual Health & Safety & Sustainability Week. Also our Berlin4HSE app and safety huddles continued to promote proactive, real-time safety practices. We also implemented a standardized waste management framework across sites, reinforcing our environmental commitment.

MARKETPLACE: DRIVING IMPACT BEYOND OUR BUSINESS

Through our CSR framework, aligned with the UN SDGs, we’re creating value beyond packaging.
