Move Sports Care is a new sports care brand focused on people with an active lifestyle. Their premium beauty products are designed to empower you to take control and become the best version of yourself. All products are crafted with high-quality, functional ingredients.
Move approached us with this project. A visual concept was already developed, and our task was to bring it to life through packaging. The goal was to create a modular, unique packaging system with striking elements. We worked closely with Studio One Eleven to ensure the packaging met all the necessary requirements. Testing focused particularly on the cap's tensile strength.

The packaging had to meet several criteria: refillable, sturdy, user-friendly, and compatible with all formulas. The biggest challenge was creating packaging that would be robust enough for use by active individuals who would carry it in their sports bags. Ensuring the cap stayed secure and the packaging remained intact was crucial.
Together, we developed this new packaging, available in five colors across different products. The packaging features a reusable shell with a cap that is both sturdy and durable. Inside the shell is a bottle with a sprayer or pump. The shell, cap, and inner bottle cap are made from matte mono PP material. The 150ml bottle, made from 50% PCR PET, fits perfectly within the shell and is silk-screen printed. The shell’s unique ridges and holes enable all components to click together seamlessly, while the debossed logo adds an extra bold touch.
