On July 4, 2022, Berlin Packaging officially opened its new EMEA Headquarters, the House of the Possible, in Milan. More than just a workplace, it is a symbol of our commitment to innovation, sustainability, our employees, the local community, and the future of our business.
Designed to bring ideas, people, and opportunities together, the House of the Possible embodies our mission to help customers turn possibilities into reality.

Berlin Packaging’s EMEA Headquarters has achieved LEED Gold Certification, recognizing its commitment to sustainability and high-performance building standards. Through a range of initiatives designed to improve environmental performance and operational efficiency, the building reflects our long-term vision for a more sustainable future.
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is one of the world's most widely recognized green building certification systems. It provides a framework for creating healthy, energy-efficient, and environmentally responsible buildings while promoting reduced carbon emissions and resource consumption.
By meeting rigorous standards in areas such as energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor environmental quality, and community impact, our LEED Gold-certified headquarters demonstrates Berlin Packaging’s commitment to sustainability, employee wellbeing, and responsible business practices.

Commitment to the Local Community: Green Campus & Local Area Enhancement
The Berlin Packaging EMEA Headquarter is part of a broader vision to enhance the surrounding community. At the heart of this vision is the Green Campus, featuring a carefully designed dry garden that promotes sustainability, biodiversity, and employee wellbeing.
Thoughtfully arranged plants, hedges, walkways, and green spaces create a natural connection with the public park opposite the headquarters, strengthening the relationship between the building, its people, and the local environment.

Beyond the EMEA Headquarter
Berlin Packaging’s commitment to the local community extends beyond its new EMEA Headquarter. The modernization of the historic headquarters in Viale Cristoforo Colombo, located within walking distance of the new site, has helped revitalize the area through upgraded offices and shared spaces.
As part of this ongoing initiative, Berlin Packaging also supported the renovation of the local basketball court, marking the first step in a broader program of community enhancement. Future projects include improvements to the nearby public park and other initiatives developed in collaboration with local stakeholders, reinforcing our long-term commitment to creating positive value for the community.
