Sidefold pouches have two tucked-in sides. When the four corners are sealed, we call this a quadroseal pouch. These seals give the packaging greater stability and a sleeker look. The strong construction makes both sidefold pouches and quadroseal pouches suitable for packing liquid and solid products. These pouches are used from small sizes to larger proportions for packaging bulk products. A spout and/or a handle can also be applied.

APPLICATIONS AND POSSIBILITIES
Quadroseal and sidefold pouches are used for packing dry products such as pet food, coffee, tea and cocoa. Frequently used non-food products include construction materials, cat litter and washing powder. This packaging is also often used for liquids such as soaps and drinks. The quadroseal and sidefold pouches can be produced with a diverse range of laminates for the required barrier properties. The application options of these types of packaging are almost unlimited.
THE PURER THE MATERIAL, THE EASIER IT CAN BE RECYCLED
Sidefold and quadroseal pouches are also available in mono-material. Depending on application, these can be made in all sizes, colours or with extras such as a handle. This can be with high oxygen barrier when needed. In addition, mono-material pouches with a spout/cap are possible.
