Highlights of this year's new products include AirLight Refill, the new collection of refillable airless packaging in a glass-free version made of recyclable plastics and post-consumer recycled PET, along with two new sizes of the Foamy line, the first glass foamer now also available in a travel-size version.

AirLight Refill: lightweight and recyclable to provide an intuitive refill experience
The AirLight Refill collection marks a new milestone for Berlin Packaging Beauty's airless packaging. For the first time, one of the brand's most iconic designs has been transformed into a glass-free version, using recyclable plastics and post-consumer recycled PET. Available in 15, 30 and 50 ml sizes, this line sets itself apart thanks to its advanced technology that provides an extended life and maximum protection for the formula.
The sustainable approach is at the centre of the project: 5 out of 8 components are reusable, while the 3 components that are replaced at each refill are fully recyclable, ensuring the perfect circularity of the packaging. Designed to last for up to 25 refills, the pump prolongs the life cycle of the product, significantly reducing waste.
With this new solution, Berlin Packaging Beauty has developed an intuitive refill system that makes it easy for consumers to refill their containers. The design was created to guarantee a fast, practical and error-free refill, making AirLight Refill not only a sustainable packaging solution, but also functional and user-friendly.
This customisation is the result of the expert work of Studio One Eleven, the innovation driving force of Berlin Packaging, who emphasised the innovative concept of AirLight Refill through semi-transparent finishes that allow a glimpse of the sustainable structure of the packaging, while the cerulean, blue colour, inspired by the lightness of air and the purity of clouds, accentuates the concept of "air-lightness".
Foamy 30 - 50 ml: the glass foamer now in travel size
After the success of the 150 ml Foamy, Berlin Packaging Beauty expands the range with two new sizes, 30 and 50 ml, offering the first glass solution for foaming formulas in a travel-size version. The refillable design and glass construction make Foamy the ideal choice for brands that want to combine a premium look with a reduced environmental impact.
With its wide neck, the system is designed to be easily reused and can be refilled up to 25 times. For an optimal refill experience, the line can be combined with Sashi, the single-material PE pouch, designed to be recycled, and which thanks to its low weight can reduce transport volume, logistic costs and CO₂ emissions.
