It is the great design expertise of Studio One Eleven, the driving force behind Berlin Packaging's innovation, which has put into practice a strategic vision enriched by creativity and mastery of cutting-edge technologies, that allows us to study every detail of the new solutions we are offering.
Aise: the Bordeaux bottle for sparkling wines that is redefining the rules of design in the Wine sector
Berlin Packaging introduces Aise, a new Bordeaux bottle for sparkling wines that is challenging the conventions of traditional design. Featuring a reduced height and a generous diameter, Aise maintains the iconic Bordeaux shape, reinterpreted with a bolder and more contemporary silhouette.
Aise is the result of advanced research into the mechanics of glass. It boasts a higher resistance to pressure than a standard sparkling wine bottle, ensuring maximum safety and versatility in bottling lines. This balance between robustness, elegance and aesthetic uniqueness offers producers a new tool to fully express their brand identity.
Sculpting: the new approach that is revolutionising the concept of customisation in the world of Spirits
In the Spirits sector, Berlin Packaging is continuing to innovate by applying the concept of sculpting to some of its successful product lines. The aim is to combine aesthetics with functionality in order to capture an increasingly widespread trend: creating a distinctive visual and tactile identity that makes spirits bottles instantly recognisable on the shelf and gives them the appearance of premium custom-designed packaging.
Nocturne Sculpted is a bottle with a timeless shape, available in 4 variants with optimised materials and high flexibility in production
The first use of sculpting resulted in a reinterpretation of the Nocturne bottle, a true icon in the Spirits market. The timeless and recognisable form has been maintained, but the distinctive details have transformed the design without spoiling it. The result is a bottling solution that can be instantly adopted by a wide range of producers, as the dimensions remain unchanged - this avoids the need for investment in new bottling lines or modifications to the secondary packaging.
Optimisation of the glass base was a central element in the development of the Nocturne Sculpted line. The design of the bottle, available in 4 visually distinctive variants, has made it possible to reduce the amount of material and the final weight of the packaging, without compromising on strength or quality. The new solution preserves the stage presence and size of the original model, avoiding any loss of on-shelf impact.
Designed from the outset to be made according to different production configurations, the Nocturne Sculpted line guarantees high flexibility in the factory as it can be adapted to different requirements, from small batches to larger production runs, without compromising on competitive positioning.
Each model can be complemented with Vinolok closures featuring a matching design, made of glass and equipped with an EVA ring, ensuring a ready-to-recycle sealing system that offers the perfect balance between aesthetics, functionality, and environmental responsibility.
Alfie, Helium, Essence and Belleville: new patterns with a strong visual impact, designed for the iconic bottles in the Spirits range
Berlin Packaging has also created specific patterns for four other bottles that are now iconic in the Spirits sector: Alfie, Helium, Essence and Belleville.
The development of these motifs has achieved the perfect balance between different types of ribs—clean, bold or oblique— to create a strong visual impact without compromising the options for customisation. Each bottle has been designed to offer maximum opportunities for creativity, leaving the right amount of space for decoration straight onto the glass, or for pairing with an elegant label to showcase the design.
The new bottles with their unique concept and shape will be taking centre stage at the Berlin Packaging stand at Prowein, in Hall 5 stand J58, worthy additions to the rest of the company's wide range dedicated to the world of wine and spirits.
