What is Bag-in-Box Packaging?
Bag-in-Box is an innovative packaging system consisting of a flexible inner bag housed within a rigid outer box, protecting contents from contamination while enabling controlled dispensing and extended shelf life.
Our patented Cheertainer® concept takes this solution further by combining the flexibility of a bag-in-box with the structural benefits of rigid or semi-rigid packaging. Unlike a standard pillow bag, the inner bag has the same cubic shape as the outer box, eliminating dead space and ensuring the fitment is always correctly positioned. This design allows for dispensing up to 99.9% of the product without surging or glugging, improving efficiency and reducing waste.
With UN certification for the transport of hazardous goods, the Cheertainer® is particularly suited for demanding industrial sectors such as chemicals and lubricants, while also offering significant space-saving and sustainability advantages over traditional packaging.
