APPLICATIONS AND POSSIBILITIES

Depending on the packaging machine, all flexible packaging forms can be produced from packaging film on reel. We distinguish two production processes: horizontal production on a so-called Horizontal Form Fill Seal Machine (HFFS) and vertical on a Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine (VFFS). Ask about our options to learn more about both processes.

THE PURER THE MATERIAL, THE EASIER IT CAN BE RECYCLED

Film on reel can be supplied in mono-material structures. Depending on application and machine there are different options of using mono-material. Commonly used material is Polypropyleen (PP) and also mono films made with Polyethylene (PE) are possible. This can be with high oxygen barrier when needed. When using mono-material the recycling characteristics are optimized for your packaging. Working with mono-material can be challenging for your packaging process, for example controlling good sealing. Please contact us in case of questions about mono-material options for your product and process.
