FLEXIBLE INSTEAD OF RIGID
Flexible packaging such as stand-up pouches are increasingly used as primary packaging for automotive liquids. This flexible packaging trend has increased in popularity in recent years as an alternative to jerrycans, due to material reduction by using pouches and limited volume when empty. Many consumers are convinced by the convenience of using stand-up pouches.
MONO-MATERIAL POUCH
WITH SPOUT
You can choose a mono-material packaging with spout. Great for liquids like screenwash or AdBlue. It is not easy to seal a spout/pouring cap onto a pouch made from mono-material. After a challenging development process, we can now offer this option. This gives your packaging better recycling characteristics. Please contact us to discover the possibilities.
Our pouches have been analysed by an external laboratory and are certified as up to 99% recyclable. The packaging also enables you to reduce the materials used by up to 65% compared to commonly used rigid (hard plastic) packaging. Pouches are also efficient in terms of volume, storage and transportation. This results in CO2 and costs reduction.

DEVELOP YOUR OWN UNIQUE SPOUT
Packaging with a spout is widely used due to its smooth pouring properties. This allows you to fill your car’s reservoir easily without spillages. In collaboration with our innovative designers from Studio One Eleven we can develop and produce custom spouts and connectors for our packaging. Together with you, we can design innovative solutions for your packaging need. Consider a dosing tube or adapter when using AdBlue, for example.
