COATING
During the coating process, inks are sprayed onto the glass using 'guns' placed along the production line to partially or fully cover the surface of the bottle. Depending on the type of coating used, we can achieve translucent, glossy, matte, soft-touch, or crackled effects, as well as 'glow-in-the-dark,' thermochromic effects, and many other special finishes.

SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing is the most common process for personalizing components with unique branding and text. UV inks, ceramic inks, and organic inks are used to decorate glass and plastic packaging, providing a high-quality, individual look that adheres to specific color instructions. We can reach Screen printing that include multiple colors (up to 8) and combine it with other decoration methods to achieve more unconventional effects.

ACID ETCHING
Acid etching is a chemical process whereby the outer layers of a glass packaging are removed to give it an opaque, frosted appearance with a stunning smooth finish. This technique ca be combined with the screen printing and hot stamping to give a subtle and elegant look of the final product.

Inkjet technology is a big step in the future. It is changing the way of designing new decorations. Allows for precise printing on concave, convex, on engravers and other complicated shapes of packaging. This is a decoration technique that gives the product an outstanding look.

LASER ETCHING
Laser etching allows distinctive patterns to be etched onto the metallized surface to create unique effects, with transparency and lighting effects that no other technology is able to reproduce. The laser, following the design of a texture, removes the surface layer of metallization with extreme precision, leaving visible the base area of the packaging. SPRAY & STONE EFFECT
The Stone & Spray coating brings a textured, eye-catching finish to glass surfaces. Achieved through the layering of two or more processes, this technique applies random droplets across the surface, creating a look that is both unique and uniform. Particularly suited for products that aim to communicate a stone-like feel, the Stone effect adds a natural, tactile quality to the packaging, enhancing its visual and sensory appeal. The base can be opaque, transparent, glossy, or matte, as can the overlaying spray effect, offering endless combinations for innovative visual impact.
