EXPANSION IN EMEA
It all began in 2016 with the acquisition of Bruni Glass, a company with over 40 years of experience in supplying glass containers for the wine, spirits, food, gourmet, and home fragrance markets. This acquisition marked the start of our expansion in Europe.
Since then, Berlin Packaging has continued to rapidly grow across Europe by acquiring companies with profound, high-level expertise in manufacturing and sales.

Rixius AG is a German-based supplier specialized in rigid packaging for the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and food & beverage across the DACH and Benelux regions.
Founded in 1879, the company has has evolved from a traditional packaging wholesaler to a value-added supply partner that offers a wide catalog of high-quality packaging.

Bark Packaging Group is a supplier of industrial, flexible, and UN-certified packaging for transporting hazardous goods, operating primarily in Northern Europe. It was founded in 1978 and grew over the years via multiple acquisitions creating Bark Packaging Group.

Founded in 1978, Novio Packaging Group B.V. is a Netherlands-based supplier of plastic packaging with expertise in personal care, pharmaceutical, food, and sports nutrition verticals. Also part of the Novio group are the Danish company Novio Packaging Scandinavia AS, the Swiss company Deflaco AG, the German companies Novio Packaging GmbH and Flacopack GmbH and the English company Novio Metal Packaging Ltd.
