EXPANSION IN EMEA
It all began in 2016 with the acquisition of Bruni Glass, a company with over 40 years of experience in supplying glass containers for the wine, spirits, food, gourmet, and home fragrance markets. This acquisition marked the start of our expansion in Europe.
Since then, Berlin Packaging has continued to rapidly grow across Europe by acquiring companies with profound, high-level expertise in manufacturing and sales.

GHR Packaging, a family-owned packaging supplier for closures and plastic packaging solutions based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Originally founded in 1997, the company supplies closures and plastic bottles for the food and beverage markets. It also provides high-quality technical and maintenance services for bottling machinery and capping head equipment.

Founded in 1987 and based in Sevilla, Spain, the Juvasa Group is a leading supplier of bottles and jars for olive oil, wine, spirits, sauces, vegetable preserves, honey, and more. The Group also offers in-house e-commerce design services via its well-structured site.
