UN-Approved PALLET Boxes
Berlin Packaging's Dangerous Goods division offers a wide range of UN-Approved pallet boxes made of plywood and fibreboard which are suitable for national and international bulk shipments by road, air and sea. The pallet boxes have approvals for packing group I (X), II (Y) and III (Z).
The fibreboard pallet box has both the 4G and 4GV marking. The plywood pallet boxes are available with 4D or 4DV marking. Pallet boxes with only a 4G or 4D marking can be used for solids only. If the packaging has a 4DV or 4GV marking, the outer box may be used for non-specified inner packaging (bottles, cans, jars, etc.) up to a stated maximum weight.

Additional to the standard sizes of UN-Approved pallet boxes, we supply tailor made UN-Approved pallet boxes. We develop these packaging solutions in combination with our customers inner packaging and the dangerous good that needs to be transported.
We take care of the whole process of developing, designing, printing and testing of the packaging, all in close cooperation with the customer. We also provide the correct certificates so that the packaging is used in accordance with the correct legislation.
