Holland & Barrett is a famous British-based chain of health and wellness products with 1,300+ stores in 16 countries where consumers can buy vitamins, supplements, sports nutrition, natural beauty, gluten-free and vegan foods products.
They needed to make its range of PET packers more sustainable, and Berlin Packaging accepted the challenge of restyling it!

What did we do?
The team restyled the bottle, transforming it from round to exclusive square-shaped. Now it is in clear 100% rPET (recycled PET)
All the bottles are of the same colour and have 4 separate labels instead of one
The packaging was completed with a sustainable metal capsule with H&B logo
We offered 100% made in Europe packaging, and the manufacturing site is only 1 hour away from Holland & Barrett’s facility.
This packaging restyling marks an important step of Holland&Barrett towards sustainability. Thanks to this new bottle, Holland & Barret has reduced the plastic use by almost 500 tons per year since 2022.
As a packaging supplier, it’s crucial we educate our customers and help them become aware of sustainability and compliance with current and future regulations.
