UN-Approved Plastic Boxes
Berlin Packaging's Dangerous Goods division offers a wide range of standard sizes UN-Certified plastic boxes. All these sizes are available from stock. The plastic boxes are suitable for road, rail, air and sea transport and are certified for packing group I (X), II (Y) and III (Z).
With our UN-Approved plastic boxes you ensure that your dangerous goods arrive safely at their destination. For distributing samples of petrochemicals Berlin Packaging supplies two kinds of UN-Certified plastic boxes (4H2): stackable or nestable boxes.
These packaging solutions are re-usable and can easily be opened and closed. The transport plastic boxes are additionally tested with inner packaging including bottles, jars, jerrycans or aerosols. To fix the inner packaging we supply inner constructions, foam and other filling material.

CUSTOMIZED UN-Approved plastic boxes
Transport plastic boxes are excellent for logistic centres, warehouses, but also for movers, representatives and other employees who need to carry dangerous goods. Additional to the standard sizes of UN-Approved plastic boxes, we supply tailor made UN-Approved plastic boxes. We develop these packaging solutions in combination with our customers inner packaging and the dangerous goods that needs to be transported.
We take care of the whole process of developing, designing, printing and testing of the packaging, all in close cooperation with the customer. We also provide the correct certificates so that the packaging is used in accordance with the correct legislation.
